MARS Tanker Naming Ceremony

13th Mar 2018

RFA Tideforce, the last of four Tide-class tankers built for the UK Royal Fleet Auxiliary in South Korea by DSME under the supervision of SeaQuest, was named on January 24 in a ceremony attended by Royal Marine General Gordon Messenger, British ambassador to Republic of Korea Charles Hay and a number of shipyard's and government's officials.

In his speech, General Messenger thanked the team who worked together so successfully to deliver another fine vessel: a proud member of such team, SeaQuest was mentioned first in the row of team players.
